Merger of Sabadell Consolida 90, FI
- On 4 October 2024, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has authorized the merger project that includes the merger by absorption of Sabadell Consolida 94, FI with Sabadell Consolida 90, FI.
- The authorised merger plan is available for inspection at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores and at the registered office of the Management Company.
