Merger of Sabadell Garantía Fija 19, FI and Sabadell Garantía Extra 24, FI
- On 2 February 2024, the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) authorised the merger project that includes the merger by absorption of Sabadell Horizonte 11 2026, FI with Sabadell Garantía Fija 19, FI and Sabadell Garantía Extra 24, FI.
- The authorised merger plan is available for inspection at the Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores and at the registered office of the Management Company.
